REGISTRATION FOR FINAL COURSE
Intermidiate qualified candidates are eligible to take Registration to the Final Course of the Institute.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR Final
• CMA Intermediate

ENROLMENT TO FINAL COURSE:    
Intermediate qualified students(i.e. in both Groups) are eligible to enroll to the Final Course of the Institute.

LAST DATE FOR ENROLMENT TO FINAL COURSE
For June term examination  - 31st January of the same calendar year
For December term examination- 31st July of the same calendar year

GROUP–III
PAPER 13: CORPORATE AND ECONOMIC LAWS (CEL)
PAPER 14: STRATEGIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (SFM)
PAPER 15: DIRECT TAX LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL TAXATION (DIT)
PAPER 16: STRATEGIC COST MANAGEMENT (SCM)
GROUP–IV
PAPER 17: COST AND MANAGEMENT AUDIT (CMAD)
PAPER 18: CORPORATE FINANCIAL REPORTING (CFR)
PAPER 19: INDIRECT TAX LAWS AND PRACTICE (ITLP)

ELECTIVES
PAPER 20A: STRATEGIC PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS VALUATION (SPMBV)
PAPER 20B: RISK MANAGEMENT IN BANKING AND INSURANCE (RMBI)
PAPER 20C: ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND START UP (ENTS)

Students will be required to select any one of three Elective Papers (20A/20B/20C) at the time of enrolment for the Final Course
Students taking enrollments in the Final Course have to give one time option about the choice of “Elective Paper”

COMPULSORY “INDUSTRY ORIENTED TRAINING PROGRAMME (IOTP)” FOR FINAL STUDENTS
A student, enrolling for Final Course under Syllabus 2016 has to complete the ‘Industry Oriented Training Programme’
before filling up the Form for the Final Examination for both or the remaining group(s) of the final examination
Training Scheme: This will cover training on compliance requirements and their preparation under various statutes and shall be imparted as under:

PRACTICAL TRAINING
A Student has to undergo 3 years of Practical Training. However, a student needs to undergo 15 months of Practical Training before appearing in both or the remaining group(s) of the Final Examination.
